Cub Scout Blue and Gold Banquet

This was Brady's first Blue and Gold Banquet.  This is just the start of many more Blue and Gold Banquets to come!  We had to bring a main dish from a country that our ancestors came from.  I made a Sheperd's Pie which is an English dish.  Brady received his Bobcat.  The last picture is the boys doing a cheer!  Brady loves Cub Scouts, and I am glad that he is excited about it!

Fun with Grandma

Grandma offered to watch the boys while I went on some errands!  The boys love to ride their bikes and scooters, but today they wanted to try out the skate board.  Grandma took these fun pictures of Logan and Clark while I was on my errands.  Brady was still at school.  Logan and Clark had fun with Grandma!

Quinn's Birthday Party

Quinn wanted to have his birthday party with his cousins, so since Abby didn't have school, they came down to Las Vegas for a few days.  He wanted a Batman/Monster Truck Party, so Whitney did a great job making it happen!  The kids made Monster Truck Tracks with finger paints.

Chip participated in the party via facetime.  Love technology!

They raced marbles down the tracks.

Played Pin the "Bat" on the Batman.  (We made this when Brady had his Batman Party.)

Balloon Fun!

Clark did this "Avengers" puzzle all by himself!

 Present Time!
Dinner Time--Pasta shaped like wheels, Antifreeze and Wiper Fluid colored punch, Strawberries, Salad, and Garlic Bread.  (Pasta is Quinn's Favorite!)
 Monster Truck Cake--He's so excited!

It's fun to be with Cousins!  I'm glad that we could celebrate with Quinn when he turned 4-years old!

The End of Basketball Season

2/9/2013

Bulls vs. Tigers
Logan has definitely improved on his dribbling skills.

Hot Shots vs. Lil' Rebels
Brady has improved on dribbling also, but he really has become a good defender.

2/16/2013--Last Game

Thunderbolts vs. Tigers
Logan had a great season, and he learned a lot.  He lacks focus, but he had fun anyway.  His favorite part of Basketball was dribbling the ball.

Lil' Rebels vs. Rebel Scorpions
Brady played very aggressive this season, and he loved to steal the ball.  Notice in the last game Logan played a green team like Brady's team, and Brady played a yellow team like Logan's team.  It was a fun season, and of course Brady was excited to get another trophy to add to his collection.

Star Wars Pancakes

 Luke Skywalker's X-Wing Fighter
Vance won a William Sonoma gift card at work!  I found these Star Wars Ships Pancake Molds and a Stormtrooper Spatula at William Sonoma.  There are Darth Vader's Tie Fighter, Luke Skywalker's X-Wing Fighter, and The Millenium Falcoln.  Vance decided to surprise us this morning with Star Wars Pancakes, and the boys loved them.  After church, the boys wanted to decorate these heart cookies that we didn't have time to do on Valentine's Day.  Just what we need--More Sugar!

Happy Valentine's Day

Brady and Logan got lots of Valentines from their classmates at school.

Brady is so sweet!  This year he decided to not only give Valentines to his classmates, but he also made Valentines for the family.  What a thoughtful boy!

We had a Chocolate Smores Fondue for desert!  We had a fun Valentine's Day!

Vance got me such beautiful roses for Valentine's Day!  We had fun celebrating together!  I love my family!
