Spending Time with Grandparents

Brady and Logan had a great time spending time with grandma and grandpa while we were on our cruise. Brady loves to help with whatever you are doing at the time, and he had fun helping grandpa make bread in the bread machine, help grandma make chocolate chip cookies for Family Home Evening treat, and help grandpa mow the lawn. They also had fun going to the park and jumping on the trampoline. Brady still talks about all the fun times they had at Grandma and Grandpa Gibson's house. Thank you for being great grandparents.

Nani and Grandpa Skidmore took the boys for the last half of the week while we were on our cruise. Brady and Logan had fun spending time with them! They went to the park on two of the days, and Brady still talks about going to the park with Nani. Aunt Whitney and Abby were there when we got back from our cruise, and they stayed for the whole next week! Logan and Abby had fun playing together! Nani and Grandpa loved having all their grandchildren around! Thanks for being great grandparents!
Brady and Logan have been lucky to have Grandpa Skidmore stay with us during the week. Usually when Grandpa comes home from work, he turns on the news. One day Brady decided that he wanted to be just like his Grandpa Skidmore. He hopped up on the couch next to him, and he said, "We're watching the news, mom!" I wish I had that picture, but the battery was dead on my camera.
Nani comes into town every once in a while with Grandpa, and Brady loves spending time with her. Whenever Grandpa comes and Nani is not with him, Brady says, "Grandpa, you forgot Nani!" We usually go to Costco whenever Nani is in town, and Brady loves that store. One time when we were there, Nani asked me if we needed any hamburger patty's. I said yes, I think we could use some hamburger patty's. Brady then said, "Well, what about some Brady's and Nani's too?!?"
Last week, Brady had to wear his Halloween costume to pre-school. He was spiderman, and Nani painted his face like spiderman. He was so excited about the face paints!
My boys are so lucky to have such great grandparents on both sides!
